Liz is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant who graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology in 2006. After working as an ophthalmic photographer and retinal technician for several years, she discovered an aptitude for clinical research while working alongside Dr. Hunter. In 2019, Liz joined the physicians at Cascade Medical Research Institute to launch the research department. Since its inception, she has worked on over a dozen studies across several retinal indications. Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, Henry and Cecelia.
